Domaine de Grangeneuve Tradition 2005
An intense, generous nose of red fruit, garrigue, pepper and anise. A smooth wine with plenty of plum and black fruit that is complemented by pepper and spice flavors in good balance. Very approachable and amply powerful. Ideal with cold cuts, stews, melted cheese, and grilled chicken.

Domaine Monte de Luz Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Elegant ruby color. Intense, ripe nose with hints of blackcurrant, raspberry and plum. Typical Cabernet flavor with berry flavors, silky tannins and a long, fruit-driven finish. Balanced and elegant. Great with red meats, steak, lamb, Chateaubriand, and cheeses.

Sentall Cellars Sauvignon Blanc 2004
Bright straw color. Lemon, floral and tropical fruit aromas. Nice rich, mouthfeel leading to a floral and fruity palate of green apple, kiwi, and citrus fruit flavors. Refreshing finish. Great with oysters, halibut, or pasta with cream sauce.

Falasco Amarone della Valpolicella 2002
A deep, ruby red colored wine, with vibrant aromas of wild fruits, cocoa and smoke. Despite being full-flavored and concentrated on the palate with powerful fruit flavors and more than 15% alcohol, this wine is also balanced and refined with a rich cherry finish. Serve with game, grilled meats, stews and matured cheeses, but remember to let it breathe for an hour before serving.

Ca' Del Baio Valgrande Barbaresco DOCG 2004
Very soft and velvety texture. Aromas of chocolate and sweet fruit. Medium-bodied with delicious layers of fruit, chocolate and cacao. Very smooth tannins and a good finish on fruit - delicious! Elegance is the hallmark of this wine, but it still has the body to accompany roasts, meats, veal, and cheeses very effectively. A great, soft Barbaresco.

Casa Donoso Evolucion Sauvignon Blanc 2006
A pale lemon-colored wine with grass, mango, lime and other citrus fruit aromas. This very aromatic wine has typical Chilean Sauvignon flavors (zesty lime, freshly cut grass and tropical fruit). This crisp and refreshing white makes a lively aperitif or a fine accompaniment to spicy ethnic cuisine (Chinese, Tex-Mex), Poultry, fish, and shrimp.

Terre di Sole Sangiovese Sicilia IGT 2006
A ruby red wine with red plum and cherry aromas. On the palate, the smooth, easy-drinking red has ripe red fruit, berry and tobacco flavors. It is balanced with good complexity and a silky, fruity finish. A great wine for Italian food; enjoy with pasta, pizza, grilled meat or barbecue, salads, and soft cheeses.

Imperial Hétszölö Tokaji Aszú 3 Puttonyos 500ml 1999
A deep golden color with an exquisitely refined and complex nose of dried apricot, peach, orange, honey, cashew and walnut. A wine that is fresh and sumptuous with apple and apricot flavors and good acidity. It possesses a complexity that confirms Tokaji's reputation as the “king of wines and wine of kings" (Louis XIV). A truly revelatory experience to be served with fresh berries, tarts, chocolates, foie gras, and delicate cheeses, or as an after-dinner drink.
